Job summary

Iron Mountain's Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team seeks a hands-on Process Engineer to optimize ITAD operations—receiving, sorting, testing, data sanitization, refurbishment, and shipping—across multiple facilities. You will partner with floor teams to identify gaps and implement practical improvements.

Responsibilities include applying Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, Kaizen), standardizing workflows, performing time and motion studies, and developing SOPs.

Qualifications

3–5 years in process/industrial engineering or continuous improvement.
Experience applying Lean principles in manufacturing, refurbishment, or reverse logistics.
Proficient in data analysis and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

Evaluate frontline workflows and partner with operators to identify gaps.
Map material flows and conduct root-cause analysis to reduce bottlenecks.
Develop SOPs and visual work aids for multi-site consistency.
Conduct time and motion studies to measure cycle times and throughput.
Collaborate with IT/Operations to improve asset tracking and data entry.
