Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to evaluate and optimize ALM and ITAD operations across multiple facilities. You will map workflows, conduct time-and-motion studies, and implement practical solutions to boost productivity, ergonomics, and quality.

You will partner with floor teams to standardize practices, document SOPs, and track KPIs like first-pass yield and processing costs. Domestic travel is required, with some international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of process engineering/industrial engineering experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
• Ability to model data, interpret operational metrics, and lead multi-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve floor operations across facilities.
• Apply Lean methods to eliminate bottlenecks and waste.
• Standardize workflows with SOPs and visual job aids.
• Analyze capacity and metrics like cycle time and throughput.
• Improve workstation layouts and data entry workflows with IT/Operations.
