Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to optimize Asset Lifecycle Management and ITAD operations across multiple facilities. You will evaluate workflows, reduce waste, and implement practical improvements that boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
• Experience applying Lean principles in manufacturing, refurbishment, warehousing, or reverse logistics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international trips.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve floor operations at multiple sites.
• Map flows, perform root-cause analysis, and apply Lean methods.
• Standardize and document SOPs and work instructions across sites.
• Analyze capacity and KPIs such as first-pass yield and throughput.
• Collaborate with IT/Operations on asset tracking and data entry.
