Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate and optimize Asset Lifecycle Management and ITAD operations across multiple sites. You will work hands-on with floor teams to identify gaps, standardize workflows, and drive measurable gains in productivity, ergonomics, and quality.

The role requires 3–5 years in process/industrial engineering, a Lean background, excellent data analysis, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or related optimization roles.
• Practical Lean principles experience in manufacturing, refurbishment, or reverse logistics.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills to interpret operations data.
• Ability to travel domestically on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve floor operations across facilities.
• Apply Lean and perform root-cause analysis to reduce bottlenecks.
• Standardize and document SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze capacity, metrics, and KPIs for productivity gains.
• Enhance workstations and systems with ergonomic improvements.
