Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services Specialist in Miami to build relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring trade. You will support PRO desks in-store, handle calls and orders, and promote PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit solutions while collaborating with store teams.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year in contractor sales or related customer service. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or dominant store-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PRO desk in-store via phone calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
• Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
• Assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Credit solutions.
• Coordinate PRO customer in-store activities and events.
• Travel to customer jobs sites up to 20% occasionally.
