Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a PRO Services Associate to build trusted relationships with professional customers in the flooring space. You will support PRO orders, provide in-store service, and educate customers on PRO programs and credit options.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual abilities is a plus, and prior retail/contractor sales experience; travel is possible up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Salesforce/CRM experience a plus; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and expand PRO participation.
