Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a PRO Services-focused role in-store, building relationships with professional customers and driving sales growth.

You will support PRO desk operations, manage orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with store teams to expand PRO participation and rewards programs. The position requires a high school diploma, 1 year in relevant sales, and strong communication skills; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to create a world class PRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
• Identify PROs in-store and promote PRO Premier Rewards & PRO APP benefits.
• Explain PRO Credit Solutions and coordinate in-store PRO activities.
