Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring market. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help grow our PRO business by delivering a world-class experience, managing orders, and promoting the PRO products and rewards program.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, at least 1 year in contractor sales or related roles, and may speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on the selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about the PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO Credit options.
• Coordinate PRO customer activities in-store and with store initiatives.
• Present program and benefit presentations effectively and professionally.
