Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a PRO Services Associate to foster relationships with professional customers and grow their business. The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and blends sales, service and product knowledge to serve PROs in-store.

You will support the PRO desk, manage orders, and promote rewards and credit options while collaborating with store teams and participating in travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Spanish or dominant local language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support PRO desk in-store: handle calls, manage orders, follow up on orders, provide customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and expand PRO participation.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Floor & Decor products.
• Train store team on our selling process and PRO workflow.
• Promote PRO Premier Rewards Program and PRO APP benefits.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions to PRO customers.
• Coordinate with PRO customers in-store activities.
• Travel with Pro Services Manager to customer sites as needed.
• Perform additional tasks to achieve business objectives.
