Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services support role in sunny Florida. The position focuses on building relationships with our PRO customers, supporting the PRO desk in-store, and promoting Floor & Decor’s PRO programs and credit solutions.

The role reports to the PRO Services Manager and may require travel up to 20%. A high school diploma is required; Associate degree or higher is a plus, with 1 year of relevant sales/installation experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or local dominant language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs and promote PRO benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of Floor & Decor products and selling process.
• Assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards and PRO Premier Credit Card.
• Assist with in-store PRO events and customer demonstrations.
