Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a PRO Services role in our Miami store. You will build relationships with PRO customers, support in-store PRO activities, manage orders and follow-ups, and collaborate with the store team to expand PRO participation.

Strong communication and at least 1 year in contractor sales are essential, with bilingual abilities a plus. Base pay starts at a minimum of $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Eligibility: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• At least 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, or installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the Store trade-area language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, and escalations.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and educate customers about benefits.
• Promote PRO credit options and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
• Travel to customer/PRO job sites as needed with the Pro Services Manager.
