Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a PRO Services representative in Florida to build strong relationships with professional customers and grow their business.

You will report to the PRO Services Manager and help execute the PRO priorities, including understanding PRO market trends and collaborating with adjacent departments to expand PRO participation. The role emphasizes in-store support, product knowledge, and promoting PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program, with travel

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for PRO customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products and selling processes.
