Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to drive enterprise-scale AI products. You will lead end-to-end delivery of voice/ language models and the AI infrastructure that underpins downstream product teams.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management, deep AI/ML knowledge, and strong leadership. You will collaborate across organizations, measure impact with KPIs/OKRs, and craft strategic initiatives in a safety-focused domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience across AI/ML programs and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech/voice models, LLMs, MLOps, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and guide decisions.
• Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform success and drive change.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time processing considerations.
• Demonstrated leadership at a principal level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving roadmaps.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Customer-focused with a track record of aligning product work to customer outcomes.
• Domain knowledge in public safety, security-focused software, or mission-critical systems is a plus.
• Proven pathfinding capability for ambiguous product concepts and early discovery.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI and product teams for Voice AI initiatives.
• Define and implement metrics to link AI model performance to customer outcomes and baselines.
• Advance AI/ML integration into the software development lifecycle and track adoption and impact.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards for AI metrics and development efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional alignment, communicating status and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
• Provide rapid program definition for emergent initiatives and ensure smooth transitions to PdMs when scoped.
