Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Voice AI to drive enterprise-scale AI products from concept to deployment. You will own AI strategy, oversee central AI models, and ensure adoption across product teams, delivering measurable customer outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional efforts in AI feature delivery, develop dashboards, and evangelize best practices in ML lifecycle, with a focus on speech and voice technologies, and work under the VP of AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex cross-functional AI/ML programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, especially speech and language understanding, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms.
• Strong metrics framework experience (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform and product impact.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI infrastructure, cloud and edge, with measurement of customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI organization and product teams.
• Define and implement metrics to link AI model performance to customer outcomes.
• Lead AI adoption programs in internal software development lifecycle (MLOps practices).
• Design and maintain executive-facing dashboards for AI impact and development efficiency.
• Communicate strategic AI initiatives and progress to stakeholders and partners.
• Scope emergent initiatives and transition successful concepts to Product Managers.
