Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI products and strategies for speech and language understanding. You will guide AI model lifecycle, from development to deployment, and partner with product teams to deliver measurable value.

You will build cloud and edge AI platforms, establish metrics, and drive adoption of AI tooling across engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech and models, MLOps
• Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform success

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define and track AI impact metrics and customer outcomes.
• Integrate AI/ML into the software development lifecycle and measure impact.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and development efficiency.
• Coordinate with partner product teams and communicate strategic AI initiatives.
• Lead emergent initiatives from concept to scoping and transition to a Product Manager.
