Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI products and platforms. You will drive the strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes of central AI initiatives across multiple product teams, ensuring successful adoption and value realization.

You will build and shepherd AI models for speech and language understanding and oversee the AI infrastructure, cloud and edge, with an emphasis on customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• Deep understanding of AI and Machine learning, preferably speech and models and LLMs
• Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs)

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI and product teams
• Define and measure AI model performance and customer impact
• Integrate AI/ML into SDLC and track adoption/velocity
• Design and maintain executive dashboards for AI metrics and development efficiency
• Align cross-functional partners and communicate strategic AI initiatives
• Provide program management for emergent, high-ambiguous initiatives
