Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to drive enterprise AI features across speech processing, ASR, TTS, translation, and LLMs, building cloud and edge platforms that deliver measurable customer value.

You will define metrics, maintain dashboards, and align cross-functional teams while guiding emergent initiatives from concept to handoff to a Product Manager, ensuring scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in AI/ML programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, including speech, models, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Ability to engage with engineering teams and guide technical discussions.
• Experience defining metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform success.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused with domain knowledge in public safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI feature delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Develop AI impact tracker and baselines linking model performance to outcomes.
• Promote AI/ML in software development lifecycle and measure engineering velocity.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and goals.
• Coordinate with partner teams and communicate strategic initiatives.
• Define and scope emergent initiatives and transition to PdM when ready.
