Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to turn ambiguous concepts into enterprise-scale AI products. You will drive strategy, manage AI models and infrastructure, and deliver measurable value for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements include 10+ years in technical program management, hands-on ML or speech experience, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration. This role is eligible for remote work within ET states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML domains.
• Hands-on work with models, ML pipelines or speech technologies.
• Experience in data-oriented products and scalable AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define metrics and baseline AI impact on customer outcomes.
• Drive AI/ML integration into SDLC and developer practices.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI metrics.
• Align cross-functional partners and communicate strategic AI initiatives.
