Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives in speech and language understanding. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, define metrics, and drive adoption of central AI models and infrastructure across products.

Responsibilities include end-to-end AI feature delivery, performance tracking, and shaping strategy for developer practices, dashboards, and transparency with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex AI/ML programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, speech/voice tech, MLOps and AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to define metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and dependent product teams.
• Define and implement metrics linking AI model performance to customer outcomes.
• Drive AI/ML adoption across the software development lifecycle and evangelize best practices.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI impact and development efficiency metrics.
• Regularly present status, plans and ROI of AI initiatives to stakeholders and customers.
