Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI products and platforms. You will own lifecycle management of central AI models for speech and language understanding, including ASR, TTS, translation, LLMs, and AI infrastructure spanning cloud and edge.

The role drives value for end customers through measurable AI improvements. You will collaborate with senior leaders, shape strategic initiatives, and ensure rigorous program governance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional AI/ML programs.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech and models and LLMs, ML lifecycle (MLOps) and AI infrastructure.
• Background in computer vision and/or voice tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams for Voice AI.
• Define and implement metrics linking AI model performance to customer outcomes.
• Integrate AI/ML into internal software development lifecycle and report on impact.
• Design and maintain executive-facing dashboards tracking AI metrics and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and regularly communicate status and impact to stakeholders.
• Provide program management for emergent initiatives from concept to potential PdM handoff.
