Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI products and platforms. You will drive AI feature delivery, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment, turning ambiguous ideas into actionable initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical program management, deep AI/ML knowledge including speech and LLMs, and experience shaping developer practices and AI infrastructure. This role is remote within the US ET zone.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech and models,ML lifecycle (MLOps)
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs) to measure platforms' success
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing
• Leadership at principal level, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
• Domain knowledge in public safety or security-focused software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI and product teams.
• Define and track AI impact metrics and baseline customer outcomes.
• Advance AI for developer practices and internal lifecycle tooling.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards for AI metrics and efficiency.
• Align cross-functional partners and communicate strategic AI initiatives.
• Define and guide emergent initiatives from ambiguous concepts to scoped projects.
