Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to transform ambiguous concepts into enterprise-scale AI products. You will own delivery of voice and language understanding models, ensure measurable outcomes, and drive AI adoption across product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech and models, LLMs, MLOps, data platforms.
• Experience building reusable AI infrastructure and models and engaging with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define AI impact tracking and baselines to measure customer outcomes.
• Drive AI in developer practices and lifecycle, tracking adoption and results.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI metrics and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communication.
• Define emergent strategic initiatives and transition to PdM when scoped.
