Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, turning ambiguous concepts into deployable products. You will own AI model strategy for speech and language understanding and foundational AI infrastructure used by product teams.

This role drives end-to-end AI delivery, measures impact, improves developer practices, and builds executive dashboards for AI metrics and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in AI/ML research and platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI, ML, and speech/voice technologies; experience with ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Proven ability to engage with engineering teams and guide technical discussions.
• Experience defining and implementing metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to measure platform success.
• Strong leadership to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI and product teams for Voice AI.
• Define and baseline AI model performance and customer outcomes to drive measurable improvements.
• Advance AI/ML practices within software development lifecycles and report on impact.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking AI impact, efficiency, and goals.
• Align cross-functional partners, communicate metrics, and manage strategic research initiatives.
• Define and initiate emergent projects and transition scoped work to Product Management when ready.
