Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking a visionary Principal General Agent to run our York, PA office. You will lead growth, operations, and client service, shaping the culture and strategy of the district while building a trusted community presence.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, partner with carriers for competitive products, and report performance insights to the executive team. This role rewards leadership and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA P&C and Life/Health licenses.
• 5+ years leadership experience in an insurance agency.
• Strong knowledge of York market and local networks.
• Proven ability to mentor sales teams and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of agency management software and digital underwriting platforms.
