Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Valid Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License.
• Minimum of five years of direct experience in the insurance brokerage or agency sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full book of business and meet growth targets.
• Strong public speaking and networking abilities within the Lancaster business community.
