Job summary

The Atlantic District in Harmonsburg, PA is seeking a Principal Elite Agent to lead the Farmers insurance agency's growth, operations, and client service. You will be the face of the agency, building trusted advisory relationships and a legacy within the local community.

You will drive growth by cultivating relationships, guiding complex coverage decisions, and mentoring staff while partnering with underwriters to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life licenses.
• Minimum of five years of experience in consultative sales or insurance brokerage.
• Proven ability to grow client portfolios and meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with local business owners and families to assess long‑term protection needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint in Harmonsburg and surrounding counties.
