Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Five or more years of leadership experience within an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of the local York insurance market and existing professional networks.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor sales teams and drive consistent revenue growth.
• Superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of agency management software and digital underwriting platforms.
• Prior experience in building and scaling an agency office from the ground up.
