Develop and execute comprehensive insurance strategies tailored to the unique profiles of our clients.
Nurture existing partnerships while proactively seeking out new opportunities to expand our agency presence.
Review existing client portfolios annually to ensure coverage remains appropriate and effective.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices for client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience managing complex insurance accounts.
Deep understanding of risk management and coverage structures.
Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital document systems.
Clear, articulate communication skills when speaking with clients and underwriters.
Valid professional references.
