Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

• Strong comfort level with modern agency management software and digital document systems.
• Clear, articulate communication skills when speaking with clients and underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive insurance strategies tailored to client profiles.
• Nurture partnerships while expanding agency presence.
