Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Demonstrated history of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal accounts.
• Deep understanding of policy structures, underwriting guidelines, and risk assessment.
• Strong comfort level with modern insurance management software and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
