Job summary

The Atlantic District in Lancaster, PA seeks a Principal Agent to run a Farmers Insurance agency, lead growth, operations, and client service, and shape local presence.

You will build relationships with neighbors and business owners, oversee underwriting and policy documentation, mentor staff, and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• PA Property & Casualty license (Pennsylvania) required.
• PA Life & Health license required.
• Minimum of five years of direct experience in insurance brokerage or agency.
• Ability to manage a full book of business and meet growth targets.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating tools.
• Excellent public speaking and networking within the Lancaster business community.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lancaster office by setting a standard for client service and policy advocacy.
