Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Three+ years of experience in managing insurance portfolios or leading sales efforts.
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales lifecycle from inquiry to policy binding and renewals.
• Coach and support agents to improve closing techniques and customer service.
• Analyze local market trends in Washington, PA, to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure adequate client protection.
• Resolve complex client concerns with empathy and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with management to set sales targets and track progress.
