The Atlantic District in Danville, PA is seeking an experienced Principal General Agent to lead our agency and guide a team of producers. You will directly connect with families and businesses, fostering growth, relationships, and a collaborative culture in our community.

You will recruit, train, and mentor agents, manage budgets and growth targets, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering top-tier insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.
• Demonstrated success in independent insurance brokerage or agency management.
• Deep understanding of the Pennsylvania insurance regulatory landscape.
• Strong track record of mentoring agents and building successful sales teams.
• Experience managing operational budgets and agency growth targets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all agency sales activities and provide strategic direction for our product offerings.
• Recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated insurance professionals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure clients have access to the best coverage.
