Job summary

The Atlantic District in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a Managing Agent to oversee daily sales operations, mentor agents, and lead community growth. This role will balance sales goals with client protection while representing the agency with integrity.

You will review complex insurance needs, coordinate with leadership to refine processes, and ensure high standards of policy accuracy and client satisfaction across all lines.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales portfolios.
• In-depth understanding of risk management and coverage structures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small sales team.
• Strong organizational skills for managing client renewals and new business pipelines.
• Proficiency with industry-standard agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations while mentoring junior agents to reach their full potential.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our presence within the Aliquippa area and beyond.
