The Atlantic District in Washington, PA is seeking an insurance professional to build and manage a local book of business, conduct client consultations, and provide tailored coverage solutions. You will work with a collaborative team focused on integrity and community impact.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Strong comfort level with computers and customer management software.
• Ability to navigate complex policy documents clearly for clients.
• Valid driver's license for local client meetings.
• Residency near Washington, Pennsylvania or willingness to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews to identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful protection to families and businesses.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients through networking and community engagement.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes that balance cost with comprehensive coverage needs.
• Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with our office staff to streamline the renewal and policy change processes.
• Participate in local community events to increase the visibility of The Atlantic District.
