Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• Active Pennsylvania Life & Health license.
• Five+ years of experience in agency leadership or high-level sales.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.
• Proven ability to grow a profitable book of business.
• Experience with agency management systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations in Scranton while maintaining high-quality customer care.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve growth targets.
• Cultivate long-term client partnerships and understand risk management needs.
• Identify opportunities for agency expansion and streamline processes.
• Serve as lead ambassador for The Atlantic District in the local business community.
• Review financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

• Demonstrable history of growing a profitable book of business.
• Advanced proficiency in agency management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM is highly valued.
