Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health license is required.
• Proven history of successful sales leadership and agency management.
• Deep understanding of the independent brokerage landscape and carrier relations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business or finance.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for regional workshops and meetings.
• Proficiency in data analysis to track growth metrics and agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic growth and daily operations of our Somerset office while setting a clear vision for the team.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing group of insurance agents to reach their full professional potential.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and carrier partners to expand our market reach.
• Lead regional sales meetings and educational seminars to keep the team updated on industry trends and product offerings.
• Ensure all agency activities remain compliant with state regulations and internal quality standards.
• Analyze sales data to identify new opportunities for market penetration and service improvement.
