The Atlantic District in Chambersburg is seeking a General Agency Principal to lead the office, grow a local agency, and mentor a team of sales professionals. This role focuses on building connections, guiding strategy, and driving growth in PA's competitive market.

You will develop carrier relationships, manage budgets, and shape the agency culture while delivering the highest level of protection for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Active PA Life, Accident, and Health license.
• Active PA Property and Casualty license.
• Minimum of five years of experience in agency management or high-level sales.
• Deep knowledge of local insurance markets and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our Chambersburg office while fostering a supportive and energetic work environment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our footprint within the local community.
• Mentor and guide our sales staff, helping them refine their techniques and reach their professional goals.
• Manage carrier relationships to ensure we provide our clients with the most competitive and comprehensive coverage options.
• Monitor financial performance, handle agency budgeting, and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Serve as the primary face of The Atlantic District, representing our values at local events and building lasting partnerships with businesses in the region.
