The Atlantic District is seeking a General Agency Principal to lead the Chambersburg office, grow the business, and shape our agency culture with vision and care. Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of five years of experience in agency management or high-level sales production.
• Deep knowledge of local insurance markets and carrier relationships.
• Ability to mentor staff and oversee daily office operations.
• Proven track record of building and sustaining a professional network.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of agency profit and loss management.
