Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect for full stack observability to lead demonstrations, client engagements, and architecture design. You will split time between presales and internal practice development, delivering compelling demos, POCs, and technical content.

You will build reference architectures, evaluate vendors, and train teams on emerging observability technologies while driving revenue growth across SHI's Observability practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Eng or equivalent.
• 6+ years in observability, monitoring, SRE, or related roles.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations on full stack observability.
• Lead discovery to assess observability maturity and design target-state architectures.
• Develop collateral, reference architectures, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
