Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect — Full Stack Observability to lead design and demonstrations of comprehensive observability solutions for diverse clients.

You’ll blend presales client engagements with internal practice development, building reference architectures and enablement content. You will guide clients through instrumentation strategies, OpenTelemetry adoption, and telemetry pipelines while driving revenue growth and platform modernization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in observability, monitoring, SRE, or related roles with hands-on design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations focusing on full stack observability.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess clients' observability maturity and current tooling sprawl.
• Translate complex observability concepts into business-relevant value for technical and executive audiences.
• Design target-state observability architectures including instrumentation strategy and OpenTelemetry adoption.
• Develop internal collateral: reference architectures, battle cards, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct internal enablement sessions for engineering and sales teams on observability technologies.
