Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect focusing on full stack observability. You will split time between client engagements and internal practice development, delivering demos, POCs, and architecture designs while building collateral and evaluating vendors.

Strong presales and technical depth in observability are essential. Role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and sales, enabling teams, and driving revenue growth through strategic observability offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in observability, monitoring, SRE, or related roles.
• Presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience preferred.
• Certifications in observability, cloud, or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations on full stack observability.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client observability maturity and tooling sprawl.
• Translate complex concepts into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Design target-state observability architectures, instrumentation, and SLO frameworks.
• Develop internal collateral, reference architectures, and vendor evaluation frameworks.
• Evaluate new vendor technologies and advise on platform consolidation.
• Conduct internal enablement sessions for engineering and sales teams.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying observability opportunities and offering improvements.
