Job summary
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for sales teams, customers, partners, and the community. - Proven track record in technical presales.
- Ability to articulate business value of platforms and solutions.
- Demonstrated customer-facing engagement across multiple levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
- Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet needs.
- Build value-based relationships across customer organizations.
- Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
- Demonstrate Elastic product value in meetings and events.
- Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
- Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in cycles.
- Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
- Communicate customer and community feedback to engineering/leadership.
- Develop both sales and technical skills through ongoing learning.
