Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, and partners. You will understand and solve enterprise-scale business issues with the Elastic Stack, and enable sales through partners in large client engagements.

You will deepen both sales and technical skills, contribute to collateral, and communicate customer needs to engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of success in a technical presales role.
• Experience in at least one of those technologies/solutions is a must: enterprise search, observability or cybersecurity
• Fluent in English (business level)
• Experience working within the Enterprise sector and ability to stay competitive
• An ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and technologies
• Willingness to travel 30% within a region and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• Serving as the technical point of contact for large enterprise clients.
• Developing understanding of customer goals and how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Creating value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participating in planning and execution for your territory from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrating Elastic products in sales meetings and at events like meetups.
