Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for our sales team, customers, partners and community. You will tackle customer business issues with the Elastic Stack and enable sales through partners.

A continuous learner who questions the status quo will thrive in this role. You will travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally, crafting value-based relationships and guiding customers from discovery to technical win while deepening your product

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.

• Develop and maintain value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
