Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Partner Solutions Architect to expand Elastic's technical reach through a managed portfolio of partners. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, build repeatable solutions, and co-develop enablement programs, aiming for measurable partner deals and published assets.

We expect 8+ years in tech roles and 3+ years in pre‑sales with a partner orientation; travel up to 40% is anticipated, and deep Elastic solution experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 3+ years of pre‑sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner‑facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
• One-to-many mindset: teach ten engineers to run the demo rather than running it ten times yourself.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability; understanding of AI and semantic search.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Commercial fluency: reading deals, discussing services scope and margin with partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners by generating approved partner deal registrations.
• Run partner‑tailored sales playbooks on registered deals and support intake and technical scoping.
• Accelerate partner‑led opportunities, hands‑on labs and proofs of concept with account teams.
• Stay current on competitive dynamics and market trends to equip partners with compelling Elastic positioning.
• Own the technical relationships and named champions at each partner; build trusted advisor status.
