Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners and community. You will translate customer goals into architectures that leverage the Elastic Stack and drive successful outcomes in regional deals and events.

You will travel about 30% within the region and occasionally internationally, mentoring teammates and enabling partners. The role offers a base salary with a strong variable component and an employee stock program.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales or solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
• Develop understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address needs.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Contribute to planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.

• Onboard and enable partners for sales cycles.
