Job summary

You will train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining high customer service standards and compliance with food safety policies. The role requires leadership, strong organization, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Experience training and developing team members.
• Knowledge of Prepared Foods operations and policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Works with Trainers to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members with learning checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures proper breaks are given and shifts run smoothly.
• Communicates concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high retail execution standards.
• Fosters teamwork and positive morale.
• Responds to customer needs and questions promptly.
• Learns and models company vision and goals.
