The role supports Team Leaders to maintain high-performance teams and friendly customer service.

You will train staff, manage inventory, handle opening/closing, and uphold retail execution standards while fostering teamwork and positive morale.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive knowledge of Prepared Foods procedures and policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Aufgaben

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains team Members with the trainer to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists and materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to established procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
• Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely and thoughtful performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
