Responsibilities

• Open and close department per established procedures.
• Ensure breaks are provided and team concerns communicated.
• Set high standards of retail execution.
• Foster positive teamwork and morale.
• Monitor customer flows and respond to needs.
• Provide evaluations and coaching.
