Whole Foods Market in Madison, NJ is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Member Supervisor to help schedule and supervise Team Members and oversee the day-to-day flow of the department. The role supports the Prepared Foods Team Leader to ensure smooth operation, excellent displays, and top customer service.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong knowledge of Prepared Foods procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with learning checklists and training materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to established procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs and directs Team Members accordingly.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
